I need to take stock for a moment.
2 fried eggs with freshly grated parmesan cheese, tomatoes, and cucumber
Big bowl of squash / sweet potato / carrot soup
Yogurt berry smoothie
Tea, and later...
Dinner: (my parents and brother were here for dinner)
salmon, kale, beet/carrot/apple/quinoa slaw, salad with boiled eggs, radishes, cucumber, parmesan cheese
small bowl of apple crisp (gluten free, but sweet)
70% dark chocolate (small piece)
quinoa with coconut milk, blueberries and "Skinny" (chia, crushed almonds, seeds)
mixed greens, salmon
1-2 gluten free crackers with butter
Fresh shrimp rolls, ginger chicken with veggies, cashew chicken with veggies, spicy coconut shrimp with veggies - moderate portions
goji berries and raw cacao nibs
There. That feels better. But I feel somewhat, how shall we say...bloated and bleh...
Tomorrow's market day and that should be good...time to stock up on eggs and....are you ready for it....??
